1. Beds (mattress pads) are comfortable; couch bed not so much.

2. The rooms are good, queen bed are spacious, the kitchen is small (2 chairs only) but completely equiped: fridge, microwave + over, 2 electrical 'burners', plates, cutlerly, pans, even cloth to dry dished and manual dish washing liquid.
