1. Bedding was luxurious; room service was prompt and not outrageously priced (by room service standards, anyhow).

2. We didn't use the restaurant and certainly not room service, which was greatly overpriced to start with, then tacked on a 10% tax (?) as well as a 20% gratuity and ended with a delivery charge of $3 for the privilege of being served.

3. The bed was ridiculously comfortable - one of the best hotel beds I have slept in, but then we are generally backpackers and might not be used to such novelties as comforters :) We decided to order room service breakfast one day, which neither of us had ever done before in our entire lives, but hey, it was a special occasion.

4. As a non-American, I can never quite understand how for room service you pay $3 delivery fee in addition to 20% service charge - I would have thought the service WAS the delivery.

7. Cons- dirty carpets thru hallways, short staffed, had to have front desk take room service order took an hour for room service , had to move rooms a/c not working.

8. He was not able to eat at the restaurant due to his off hours, he did order room service for coffee only in the am 1 or 2 times.
