Upon check-in everyone was so professional (and fun) I immediately made a reservation for the next time I will be down, in early January.

Please note for those traveling with laptops: they don't offer free wireless internet-- but the front desk was kind enough to provide free online airline check-in, and print boarding passes.

We got there five hours before check-in and the fabulous staff held our bags for us so we could go out and explore the city.

I was very early but the woman I'd spoken to on the phone insisted that she wouldn't fill my room the night before so that I could
check in
and shower, etc. And she was on the desk when I arrived and said, 'Hi.

The night before I called to see if I could have an early check-in to which I was told the hotel was running at capacity because of a wedding so likely not, but the front desk staff wanted to look-up my reservation.

The reservation manager explained that they were fully booked for the night I was supposed to stay and that they turned down business because they expected me to
