3. We felt like we stepped into a scene from Gone with the Wind because the decor was very 'turn of the century' which fit the bill because the hotel served as an Inn for military men during their service in the Civil War to WWII.

6. It is out of the way, the mini-bar is expensive but well stocked, and for a few hours each evening they have room service, even though it is overpriced ($30 for crab cakes PLUS a 20% gratuity PLUS a $3 room delivery charge added into the bill, according to the menu.
