1. The YMCA gym is just next to the hotel and I if I remember correctly, hotel guests were allowed to use the gym and its pool for free.

6. I think it is comparable to several of the other Dupont area hotels such as The Hotel Madera, St Gregory Hotel and the Embassy Row Hotel (although the Embassy Row does have a pool which is an added plus during the summer months).

7. I didn't use the workout facillities myself but my colleague did and said they were good, plus she was given access to the swimming pool across the street.
