While the room rate I received was outstanding for July in DC, and the lunch I had on arrival in the restaurant (while waiting for my room to be ready) was very good and also a good value, I ended up moving after two nights--I thought the front desk service and bell hop was lackluster (many unhappy looking men), the exterior was beautiful and the corporate suites are what I was told in the elevator by another guest, are the only thing 'new' about this hotel, but the A/C was AWFUL.
