3. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, responsive to our requests (late checkout, checking a bag for a later pickup by a family member, extra key, etc) The location is great, close to the Metro and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and stores.

5. Because of a crowd at the checkout desk on Friday, the 28th, I elected to have my assistant call the hotel throughout the day on Friday to inform them that they should not rent the room and that there were bedbugs.
