1. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful and quickly answered any questions, gave directions, etc. The hotel is in a more residential area, which meant that it was quieter than the hotels on major streets and yet, it was not that far to walk to restaurants and stores.

2. The pregnant woman at the front desk (can not remember name) was very nice and went out of her way to move her car into a smaller space out front so we could park in her spot until a space in the back parking lot opened up.

3. The staff has been incredibly nice to us - JoAnn, the group sales manager - has been super helpful, the front desk staff have been great about getting our group checked in quickly and efficiently, and in four years of stays we have not had a single problem or complaint.

5. There was nothing wrong with the Hyatt (the restaurant and front desk staff were very nice - but I just don't think I would stay at a large hotel again).

7. I did this to be able to print documents on their printer, but the front desk staff was so helpful, they usually just gave me their e-mail address and I'd send them what I needed printed (such as airline boarding passes).
