1. There is a free parking lot in back of the hotel and our little dog was able to travel with us and stayed free of charge.

3. I did indeed need to leave DC one day early and the charge left a sour taste in my mouth and the front desk manager told me brusquely there was no room for negotiation, even though I was giving more than 24 hours notice.
