4. The reception staff is friendly and helpful and ready to help however do not expect to see many hotel support staff as it seems there's only a receptionist, a guy that probably helps on security issues and combines bell boy functions and that's about it.

9. Rooms are spacious and clean (I stayed at the top floor, with a view over the entrance; a quite room), the front lobby and cleaning staff are extremely nice and efficient, and the breakfast is good, with bagels, orange juice, yoghurt and an espresso machine.

10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, where gone very mourning before construction started, and the staff was one of the best I have ever encountered, maybe because of the renovations.
