2. It's not fancy--the units are older but huge and include a full kitchen so you can go to TJ's then cook a nice dinner.

4. I wish we had taken advantage of planning ahead with either food from Trader Joe's or the Market down the street to take care of dinner at night (we finally found the dishes in the diswasher on the last day!) The weekend rates are terrific, but it shoots up during the week.

5. We snagged a relaing dinner in from Trader Joe's There are a few knocks and dings in the room - it is not the most modern place I've stayed, but it was definetely convenient, safe and clean.

7. We walked to Washington Harbour one evening, had dinner at one of the restaurants there and took a riverboat tour of the monuments at 8:00 and then had ice cream and sorbet from one of the shops after the boat ride before walking back to the hotel.
