1. It provides a number of appreciated amenities: Good location, relatively decent rates, large multi-room suites with full sized kitchens, free internet access and a free breakfast.

2. My family and I had just checked out of another hotel that was a big disappointment in another location not in DC so we a little nervous about checking into this hotel since it was last minute and we got it at a great rate.

7. Pros: Location near Georgetown & Metro train station; safe DC area; very nice & helpful front desk & valet/bellhop; convenient to restaurants & grocery store; free morning breakfast; flat screen TVs; reasonable room rates.

9. I wish we had taken advantage of planning ahead with either food from Trader Joe's or the Market down the street to take care of dinner at night (we finally found the dishes in the diswasher on the last day!) The weekend rates are terrific, but it shoots up during the week.

10. regardless of where you are going a bus, circulator or train will get you where you need to be- great rates for the suite- clean and decent sized rooms for a suite now for the cons, which are not negatives, but just my impression of the hotel and staff- not overly friendly staff.
