1. Primarily, it's nicely sandwiched at the east edge of Georgetown, close to shopping, restaurants and the Metro.

5. There is a Trader Joe's supermarket accross the road and a pub next door which serves burgers etc, and a restaurant next to that which has a good range on the menu.

8. Located conveniently in Georgetown with shops and restaurants and Metro w/in walking distance, I was able to take the 2 kids to the college tour and leave the other two on their own.
