2. What was different this time seemed to be the nice little touches; the welcoming bottle of water and hand towel on arrival at reception; the chocolates and water in the room; the Mother's Day little gift; the teddy bear gift we saw given to one families little children AFTER they'd booked out.

3. Housekeeping was a bit stingy on soap, I had to request extra after every cleaning, there were plenty of towels, however.
