1. The rate was actually lower than many other 'luxury hotels' in the area, but I still felt well taken-care-of and quite pampered.

3. I enjoyed free access to this as part of my rate -- I think the normal hotel rate for access is $15/day -- and can report that it has ample state-of-the-art machines and free weights, as well as a decent (but busy) lap pool.

6. MAJOR ISSUE:Although quoted the rack rate, I was told by the concierge that if there were no shows for the conference, I would be alotted the conference rate.

7. If you don't mind walking a few blocks to the attractions (8-10 depending on where you're going), this particular hotel typically offers lower rates and is very good overall.
