7. Everyone from Yvonne at the front desk to Robert and Chiachi at the concierge desk to Helina at the breakfast cafe to Felix and Alli from the Bell Hop crew to Nang in housekeeping--everyone greets you by name, opens doors, and does everything possible to make your stay so sweet.
