But the hotel has no pulse: I wouldn`t have chosen this for my own vacation, but for business travel, I couldn`t have asked for more in terms of comfort, amenities, tv and wireless internet, minibar, etc.Five stars for service, amenities, and comfort, but overall four stars because this is not my style of hotel, but I can not deny its excellence.

7. Service: I didn't do much more than sleep at the RCDC (I hope to enjoy the amenities of the hotel when I stay again at the end of this month), but I found the staff to be polished, friendly, and helpful -- particularly Thomas (?) on the afternoon/evening shift at the front desk.

8. No hotel personnel ever showed it to me, explained how it worked, etc. I would certainly have enjoyed my stay more if I had known that I had access to this amenity.

9. We got to our rooms (very comfortable and well-styled with all necessary amenities), unpacked and met in the restaurant for a meal.
