2. I would've like a small coffee maker in the room (there was coffee available in the lobby and juice or milk and cookies in the afternoon) , and also find it baffling that a hotel of this caliber would only offer complimentary internet access in the lobby, but in the guest rooms.

3. The hotel also offers a number of complimentary services such as overnight shoe shine, coffee and tea in the lobby in the mornings and cider and cookies in the afternoons (unfortunately I only saw this on my first day, guessing I came back to the hotel too late to see it the other days).

6. On one occasion, the club staff knew we would be taking a road trip and on our departure, they had packed us complimentary lunches in Ritz coolers.
