5. It was a perfect location for sightseeing- the White House, monuments, museums, Georgetown, and Dupont are all within walking distance (if walking is your thing).

6. Property is about 4-5 blocks from the White House and then just beyond you can walk to the Washington Monument, WWII Memorial, new MLK memorial, Jefferson Memorial, etc. I've been to DC many times so feel comfortable walking but cabs are everywhere if you get tired.
