3. Also housekeeping was just finishing cleaning 1404 when we we were checking in and we were told we told that they'd send the key for 1404 up to 1402 as soon as the room was ready, it took three calls to the front desk to get the key.

4. The hotel is comfortable, the housekeeping meets my high standards, most rooms have comfortable recliners with heat and massage capabilities, and the food in both the restaurant and banquets is wonderful.
