1. I came back at 12 to check out expecting to get my bags and car and fighting for somewhere to park in downtown DC, only to find out that it was NO issue, question, problems, hesitation, etc. for me to pick them up later after class.

3. When we arrived, we had called a few days before to request late check out, they accommodated us no problem upon check in.

6. I arrived early and was able to go to my room and rest prior to my appointment and when I had to leave I had a late plane and was aboe to check out late with no problem the staff was great.

8. The front desk let us check out a little late since we were going to the Terra Cotta Warrior exhibit on the day of our departure, and also allowed us to leave our car in the garage until we were done.

9. Incy teency complaint that I was not able to check out thru the onscreen menu, and the entire hotel is not wireless yet; I had to use a hard connection (which they thoughtfully had in the desk drawer).
