4. Our room was at the far end of the 6th floor, away from the elevators and had a nice big bathroom, a sitting area, and the most comfy bed with plenty of pillows.

10. We think it was from the hotel's decorative pillows It took several days to hear back from the hotel but i understand they have closed the room and will spray for bugs I also stayed on the 7th floor.
