4. We stayed over a week and the staff was great till we asked the Parking manager if we could park our rental car for a hour and half( turned out to be 1/2 hour) after check out while I waited for my wife to finish a lunch.

7. After I retrieved it and decided to check out of the hotel, they bent over backwards to get me to stay but still couldn't accomodate my vehicle so I left and stayed at a hotel where my patronage was appreciated.

8. ) The shocking thing to me is that we were told someone was going to check out the room to make sure it was ready and they missed the three large pieces of drywall.

9. We were told that someone was being sent to check out the room specifically for us and that it was better than any other room they could give us and we would want this room.

10. We had arranged for a late check out, but that didn`t stop staff members from knocking on the door every 15 minutes from 12:00 to 2pm, from the cleaning staff, to some repair man, to someone else.
