We stayed over a week and the staff was great till we asked the Parking
manager
if we could park our rental car for a hour and half( turned out to be 1/2 hour) after check out while I waited for my wife to finish a lunch.

One of our rooms was not ready until dinner time, but the hotel

took care of it by giving us access to the VIP Lounge for the whole visit.

come outside and document in writing that your vechile has NO damage before leaving it in the hands of this lying, irresponisble company.
