6. We ordered tea on each morning and they never managed to get it right,one tea bag for two no milk etc but to be fair I mentioned it on checking out and the room service was removed from our bill.

However a few suggestions for booking the hotel 1) book it direct - Marriott tries harder when its a direct bill 2) request higher floor and no corner room in preferences if booking online 3) call the hotel and ask where the better rooms are and if you can request them as part of your reservation.
