1. Bottom line, you'd be better off in a dirty la Quinta- at least you'd have free breakfast and wifi.
2. We were quoted $289 a night over the phone, our friend (a rewards member) got us rooms for $133, with free wifi.
3. Unfriendly staff and after overhearing other guests you could tell they forgot a lot of the standard things (newspapers, free wifi, and incorrect bills were a few of the issues I heard).
4. Plenty of seats are provided by the spacious bar in the lobby as well, for those wanting to use the free wifi in the lobby.
5. my main beef with this hotel is their Starbucks - we chose it because it had the Starbucks, thinking it would be a lot like SF's Hotel Whitcomb's - open late, open early, with free WiFi - mainly for the free wifi, because Marriot was charging for access.
6. And they don't have the normal Starbucks breakfast options, or free WiFi, AND they charge gold card members for refills.
7. But we just used the WiFi in the lobby lounge for free which was fine.
8. Didn't eat there but did have drinks and free WiFi downstairs in the lobby.
9. the lobby is very well decorated with eclectic lighting fixtures, rich colors, a bar and tables to take advantage of the free wifi in the lobby/bar/restaurant area.
10. The lack of free wifi in the rooms was a problem since I was on business.
11. The room was rather small getting internet access is difficult and rather costly ($10 a day for Wifi when you can get it free at a Starbucks is ridiculous).
12. There is free wireless service in the lobby (which is always crowded and noisy), but they state you only get 4 hours of free service.
13. PROS:Nice lobby bar with decent wine list, sushi, decent food, free wifi.
14. There is free wifi in the lobby, but in the room you have to pay.
15. Although you have to pay for WiFi in your room, it's FREE in the main lounge, so I usually brought my laptop there to check emails, etc. The terrace and roofttop pool on Floor 5 are huge and beautiful with plenty of elegant lawn chairs, a fire pit, and lots of other outdoor seating.
16. It would have been nice to have free wifi available in the hotel rooms, but you had to plug in in the lobby.
17. internet was 14.95 and couldnt pick up anybodys free wireless.
18. There is free WiFi in the lobby and the in-room high-speed internet connection ($14.95/day) was pretty reliable (it would lose connectivity every so often but didn't take long to reconnect).
19. The rooms are kinda small, you have to pay for internet service in your room but they do have free WiFi in the lobby, and parking at the hotel is $30 a day.
20. Wireless Internet: Was a bit disappointed at being charged $15 a day, as so many hotels offer this free nowadays, but whatever.
21. At this day and age, I`ve stayed at crack infested Super 8s that offer free wireless.
