10. I do agree that free parking and Internet would be a real luxury for those who use them and could also be quite an attraction for one to choose this beautiful hotel/Museum over another place to stay.

14. The hotel was in a bad area of Dallas, there was not anything close around, no shopping anywhere except at hotel, very limited places to eat two close to hotel , and I can't belive a hotel of this size does not provide a free airport shuttle or free parking for their hotel gurst (with all the surrounding hotels providing this service, you would think they would) I think they are just too greedy for the almighty dollar.
15. We made the mistake the first night of parking in the only free lot on the far north end of the hotel and our room was in the atrium area.
16. They ended up giving us free parking (kind of) and giving us an executive room which they said was near the same size as the room i had reserved to begin with.
17. There is no free parking.
18. Free parking, breakfast, local phone calls, business center - forget about it at the Anatole.
19. Although I am used to paying for parking in many metropolitan areas, I lived in Dallas for several years and there is plentiful parking everywhere for free so I was surprised by this.
20. When I brought up the parking charge the desk clerk gave me a 'free' pass for the week.
