1. No free wifi in the rooms!hard to believe a hotel of this caliber has no free wifi for the guests .

The only substantial complaint I have is that free internet access in the room was not included, especially after having stayed at a Sleep Inn the night before arriving here, and having gotten a cheaper rate that included not only free wireless internet but a deluxe continental breakfast in the morning as well.

21. - Flat screen TV, desk with chair, coffee maker (no fridge in our rooms, but I think you can request it), and $4 bottle of water- Pay for wifi access available, but there is a business center that had free PCs and printer, but it was small and always had people there.
