1. We often travel with our own pillows but forgot them and just loved all of the pillow selections - we were able to use the kind we have at home.

7. Lots of tv channels, free internet, no tipping in the hotel, bath robes, umbrellas in the room, a pillow library, Kuerig coffee maker in the room - some really nice touches.
