1. However, when addressed at reception, we were not charged for the service and given the parking for free which is, to our mind, more than adequate compensation.

Good soap, polite desk staff, Good parking garage staff the guy cut my bill by 1/3 once he saw the look on my face( as my company wasnt paying me to park) Also the staff will refer to you as your name which is cool and the housekeeping will even leave you a voicemail to figure out when you want your room cleaned.
