Our rooms had plush carpets, heated marble bathroom floors (2 bathrooms!), complementary robes, tv magically inset in my bathroom mirror, an occasional spritz of light scent from some mysterious source, affordable water in the fridge, huge thirsty thick towels, a large custom tiled shower with state of the art multiple jets and sprays, high end shampoos and soaps, a tall bed with just the right degree of firmness and softness, high thread-count sheets, Bose radios, phones and large plasma screen tv's in both rooms (none bolted down.

4. The 'Green Concept' was also something that gave a good feeling over stewardship from water consumption, use of towels/linens and each room was also equipped with recycling bins with splits in the waste basket.

Worst experience of all was when - after having 'do not disturb' light on, I returned to room that evening to find that comforter I'd placed on the ground had been thrown back on the bed, my pajamas had been touched and folded on dirty comforter and, worst of all, my toothbrush was removed from glass holding it safely off counter and placed on a hotel towel (bristles and all touching it - gross!).
