1. Clean, quiet rooms, pillow menu (yep really), spiritual menu (choose your book).

2. They already have an assortment of pillows on the bed (really soft to firm), but they also have a 'pillow menu' which offers hypoallergenic, u-neck, reading, etc. Small room came with mini fridge, which was a plus.
