1. My second complaint is that, while the hotel does seem to brand itself to be modern, hip, and convenient, it does charge for everything.

2. While the Hotel is convenient to downtown, they charge you $30 a day Valet charge to park your car which isn't advertised on their website.

4. She made checking in easy and asked if she could make any recomendations to me regarding dining, etc. When I asked her how much they charge to use their WiFi, which I saw online there was a fee for, she informed me that she would give me a password to access the Wifi for FREE, which I thought was a really nice touch.

6. I won't stay here again and I'll be doing even more research when it comes to the mid - higher end hotels that up-charge for everything.

7. Eleventh, they charge you even for a toothbrush kit ($15!) which in the vast majority of hotels you get for free.
