And personal little pet peeve (I have two of them, one being having to pay for water, the other paying for wi-fi) is paying for the water - there should be a

bottle at least in the room.

Comfortable rooms with a very nice pillow menu :) Great touches like a

cd of local bands and artwork from local artists really sets Max apart as a hotel that wants to provide a fun customer experience.
