2. The 'guy behind the desk' was in the final stages of explaining to them about the restaurant next door, what floor they were on, that you had to use you room key in the elevator, what time checkout is etc.All good.

9. I loved this hotel; the service was great; they accomodated by request for an early checkin and checkout with no problem.

10. We were also there for 2 and a half hours after our checkout and were never questioned about a missing radio (They wouldn't let us do late check out because someone was checking in already).
