4. The staff were friendly at check in, the location of the hotel is excellent for sightseeing, the room was clean and had modern furniture (well the whole hotel has been modernized) and the amenities were great.

8. -Excellent and unusual amenities-Aveda products and plush towels-Feather pillows, down duvets, funky woollen blankets-Each room is individual - no ugly floral print bed spreads or boring mass produced pictures.
