6. The staff was wonderful (especially the friendly and always-cheerful host at the Islands Dining Room -- I wish I had gotten his name), the grounds were lush (this hotel provided us a much better view from our room than the other 2 Universal hotels did in the past), the pool was great, our room was a nice size (more spacious than the comparable room at the Hard Rock), there's a nice selection of restaurants on the property, the spa looked very well-equipped (though I didn't use it) -- and our stay cost less than it would have at either of the other 2 hotels.
