4. We went on a holiday to Orlando with a well known holiday company and they recommended this hotel as on the Universal 'lot' so we had priority access to the theme parks, a great choice of restaurants entertainment & the water taxi transportation option.

7. Loved - the friendly and helpful staff - including those at the front desk, concierges, and restaurant staff - kudos to them all - very comfortable bed - convenience of the water taxi - express pass and early admission - so worth it.
