1. We decided to stay at Loews Royal Pacific due to the fact that it is the most reasonably priced hotel on the Universal property - thus allowing for early entry and Express Lines.

4. I understand that the reason is to prevent day visitors from parking at the hotels for free and then using the resort transportation, but they could easily prevent that by requiring the use of a room key to enter and exit the parking lot.
