3. comPositives:- Good proximity in downtown- Away from hustle/ bustle of the Strip- EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE at only $25 considering how nice the room isNegatives:- No fridge in room- I noticed little cracks on doors/ needs a bit of fixing up- No pay per view movie optionI would highly recommend this hotel to those seeking a different Vegas experience or those who do not want to stay on the strip.

6. unlike here in canada thier is no stand 20 feet from a doorway or smoking areas,,,,, it is a free for all almost everywhere on fremont-not the area for kids (unless you just want cheap rooms) as thier is nothing for them to do -if you get a fremont view room it is beautiful but noisy untill 2 in the morning, i did not go to vegas to sleep or bring my kid so that was fine.

7. (-)Freemont ST room has a nice view but will be noisy until 1AM+ with street activity and a band that plays at the top of the street so you may want to sacrifice the view if you are a light sleeper.
