We think Plaza hotel is very good , we stayed for 28 days each time for last two years, but the only problem is, that they keep on loosing all our Faxes send to the hotel,two last year and three this year, the service desk staffs are not very helpful, Casino and the staffs are very good, room service is good and clean,.
