1. We ask for another room and we got a room with a bad smell hiding by an air kleening machine, no pillows on bad, no bath curtain, and a bad looking bath.

3. Hi: My friend and I stayed in the Plaza, for four nights, bath tub dripped, I phoned front desk but they never came to fix it, The air conditioner was noisy.

4. The washbasin and clothes rail were in a large alcove in the bedroom and then you went through a door at the end of the alcove into the very small space containing the toilet and bath/shower.
