3. the property faces the 5 freeway so some of the rooms dont have a nice view but in both occasions that i stayed my room was very quiet.

4. The noise from the highway (unavoidable) was loud but kind of steady and soothing and the fireworks from Disneyland are VERY loud but beautiful to watch from a great view on the balcony.
