3. The bathroom has been done on the cheaper side with painting of the tub but it was clean and the water was hot and that is all I needed.

And it makes me much less forgiving of all the other shortcomings of the place, including: 1) a bathtub peeling so badly that large chunks of paint come off when the tub is filled, 2) rooms that look way better and larger on the web page than in real life, 3) a broken hot tub, 4) a large unsightly landscaping project underway, and 5) traffic noise so loud that you can't hear each other talk when you step out of your room.

7. We looked under the slip-free mat in the shower and it looked like it has never been removed to clean the tub (mildew galore!).

My husband & I brought along our little chihuahua/pug mix dog & it is nice they accept pets, but I was suprised when I checked in, dog in tow, that I was given no guidelines as to where to take the dog to go potty, not to take the dog to the pool, leave her in the room unattended, etc. I think they spent alot of money on the room furnishings though, as they were very nice - but the fixtures, such as the tub, sink and toilet were old and seemed out of place with all the new items.

9. Only notable room concerns - the bath tub plug didn't really work so our 2 small children needed to have showers (good times); the sleeper sofa was hideously uncomfortable for an adult, however, the kids didn't seem to complain about it.

10. The bar outside was awesome & we could smoke (the pool & hot tub are open 24hrs/day - a rare find), & the lounge inside was relaxing.
