7. staff unusually friendly for this level of establishment, from the valet to desk to maids to restaurant--- the lobby bar was stylish and very comfortable, surprisingly large---- all in all, as i said, a real surprise in this category and i will certainly return- only negatives: not a quiet place if that is your major concern, $10 a nite to park, tho only $12 for valet.
