1. Disneyland Pier was walking distance, gas station and Starbucks across the street was conveniently close.

2. the location cant get much better than this is located in between the perfect cross streets and its close to 3 freeways and within 10 minutes of any restaurant.

4. - The location though not walkable to Disney for little kids, is still convenient with a convenience store and Starbucks across the street, and frequent local buses and Disney's Anaheim transit shuttles getting you to Disneyland within 5 minutes.
