1. Valet parking so if you drive, there is a reasonable daily fee.

When I called to enquire about a late afternoon checkout because I had caught a terrible flu and my flight wasn't til very late that night the lovely girl at reception said 'let me see what I can do' and got back to me saying they would waive the fee for me and asked if I would like any drinks sent up.

3. I kindly asked that my 1 overnight self-parking fee of $10 be removed from my bill as there's no indication on their site about it.
