7. Seeing the placement of the hotel in daylight, I could see why - because it is a historic hotel, it is moderately dwarfed by its neighbors, which means no one has a tremendous view; and the hotel is blocked by other properties.

8. But that's really just fine - I was there for sleeping and working, and you can enjoy all the fantastic views of Seattle by getting out.

9. While this hotel is not the most family-friendly we have enjoyed, the room was comfortable enough with nice linens, towels, plush bathrobes and a good view.

10. Closet had no light and room lighting was not adequate; Paid for 'upgraded' corner suite (Rm #601, $215 per nt) - had gorgeous view of parking lot on one side, and demolished building site on the other.
