1. Upon mentioning to one of the staff members that it was our anniversary (which he already new in fact from our information when we booked) he arranged for us to have turndown service, a bottle of champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries to be in our room when we arrived back from dinner and a jazz club (all free of charge!).

5. Only gripe I have was that they charged for WiFi, however they did offer two computers near the lobby free of charge.

10. Upon check-in, we were told that we could empty out the mini-bar to make room for anything that we might want to keep refrigerated, a welcome change from the old-style mini-bars that automatically charge you if anything inside is moved.
