Upon mentioning to one of the staff members that it was our anniversary (which he already new in fact from our information when we booked) he arranged for us to have turndown service, a bottle of champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries to be in our room when we arrived back from dinner and a jazz club (all free of charge!).
